Tammy serves as Executive Vice President at Watson Realty Corp., where she provides strategic leadership over both the Relocation and the Professional Development Divisions. Championing both relocation excellence and the strategic growth of agent development and education.
With decades of experience in relocation and mobility, Tammy continues to oversee all aspects of Watson’s relocation services, including broker-to-broker referrals, corporate referral programs, asset management, and the company’s longstanding corporate client partnerships. Her approach is grounded in relationship-building, customization, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and transferees.
She leads the development and implementation of adult learning strategies, market-relevant curriculum, recruiting-focused education, and agent engagement with new tools and products. She ensures all programs align with company goals and supports the growth of both new and experienced agents.
Tammy holds a Florida Broker's License and carries the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional), GMS-T (Global Mobility Specialist, Talent), and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designations. She brings over 25 years of industry experience to her role and is recognized for her collaborative leadership, deep mobility knowledge, and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
She is actively involved in numerous professional organizations, including WorldwideERC (WERC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she previously served as President of the Jacksonville Chapter and contributed on the National Foundation and Scholarship Committee. Tammy currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Relocation Directors Council and continues to participate in multiple relocation-focused think tanks and peer groups.
Tammy also maintains close ties with the Jacksonville business community through her involvement with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. She relocated to St. Augustine in 2005 as a trailing spouse and still resides there with her husband, Joe, and their spirited Jack Russell Terrier, Murphy. She enjoys spending time with her niece and three nephews, who keep her inspired and energized.
